About David
While my career in
professional sales started at the early age of 14 selling custom
built golf clubs and golf lesson memberships at an indoor golf school, real
estate was always of particular interest as my father has owned and operated
a successful Real Estate brokerage since 1980. My passion for competitive
golf led to completing golf management degree at a college in California at
which time I also worked at some of the top golf courses in Canada, the
United States and Asia.
During six years of extensive travel I was fortunate to have experienced
competitive golf at the highest level on the Canadian Tour, California Tour,
Asian Tour and PGA Tour. While experiencing the highs and lows of
tournament golf including PGA Tour Qualifying School, my
highlight was qualifying for the Greater Vancouver Open (later the Air Canada Championship) here in
Vancouver.
Not having played a competitive round of golf in over 5 years, my passion
now lies in helping my clients achieve their real estate goals when
purchasing or selling their home.
Through my integrity and commitment to hard work, I strive to bring a
personable approach to real estate while utilizing over 20 years of sales,
marketing and customer service experience. By combining the latest
technologies, paying close attention to every detail and astute negotiating
